These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and online PDF compression tools (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Service is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial document compression.

• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use automated systems to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers;

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the legal right to do so. Files are processed automatically and deleted shortly after compression, as described in our Privacy Policy. Always keep your own backup of any original file - we are not responsible for any loss of data.

All content, design, branding, software and other materials that make up the Service - excluding the files you upload - are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that compression will meet every specific requirement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use it, which for a free service is zero.
